Fifteen years ago, while working in Research, I fell in love with Product and Innovation. As an academic, I immersed myself in the theory—from Lean Start-up to Product Market Fit to Design Thinking.
Applying these theories initially confused me due to the lack of practical guidance. I soon realised that the most successful innovators adapt the theory to their needs, which led me to apply robust theoretical frameworks for practical and pragmatic ways to build data-driven, user-led products and businesses.
