Dr Chloe Sharp
Chloe’s mission is to create a world where research and testing come before building products and insights feed into business strategy for innovative businesses and teams. She works with founders, product managers and designers to increase their skills and confidence in research across the entire product development process.
Chloe is ILM5 certified as a coach and mentor, an experienced workshop facilitator and speaker. She draws upon her holistic business, product and grant funding experience. She has owned and run a successful consultancy, worked in leadership roles, launched products and services, built winning business cases for grant writing, streamlined internal processes and delivered complex research projects from idea through post-launch, across her career. From her academic background, she’s developed a scientific approach to product research and discovery to help other businesses do the same in their context.
She has been nominated for two awards: Female Lead (2019) and Milton Keynes Business Awards (2020) for female-led consultancy services in research and innovation. She’s the author of Make Products That Matter, a practical guide to doing research from early-stage ideas and understanding user needs through to getting feedback to learn fast using experiments on Minimal Viable Products (MVPs).
